Nigerian chef, Hilda Effiong Bassey, popularly known as Hilda Baci, has completed her attempt to set a world record for the largest pot of jollof rice following an eight-hour cooking session. Baci said her jollof recipe included 4,000 kgs of rice, 500 cartons of tomato paste, 750 kgs of oil and 600 kgs of onions that was prepared on a six-metre-wide pot. The cooking session was held at an open field in the commercial hub, Lagos, and attracted hundreds of onlookers.
